樊岔金矿位于河南省灵宝县境内,矿区地处小秦岭南麓的樊岔峪,面积近20平方公里,海拔高度1150～2040米,距离县城(陇海铁路)60公里.樊岔金矿始建于1980年10月,1982年10月投产.初建规模为25t/d,以后经过1984年和1989年两次扩建改造,生产能力达到150t/d,具备了200t/d的处理能力.该矿现有职工504人,拥有固定资产1503万元.矿部机关设置12个科室,8个生产单位及附属车间.自建矿以来,企业不断加强内部管理,颁布实施了企业《标准比体系》,有较为健全的各类管理设施.在十多年的艰苦创业中,樊岔金矿通过内涵挖潜,自我积累,滚动发展,扩大规模,已形成日趋完整的生产体系,为企业培养了一批具有一定管理水平的中层领导干部,锻炼出一支思想坚定、技术过硬的职工队伍.
