本文分析了柴油机高压燃料油泵套筒制造工艺中的几个主要问题。认为目前生产中常常出现的铰孔不光现象的主要原因,是由于铰刀刃口粘着切屑而刮伤,并可用提高刃口直度及前后刀面光度,存前刀面磨出及改变润滑油等措施来改进,而比较更有效及稳定的方法是用拉削中孔来代替铰削。根据对100个工件的试验用普通元拉刀及三头螺旋拉九刀可稳定的得到不元度小于5p,锥度及孔径差别小于10p,及光度超过W_6的中孔表面,拉后的痕迹平行于轴线,易于研磨且不易出现研后的深痕。文中对孔线不直及中孔与进回油孔交接处不能保持尖角锐边等缺陷进行了分析,指出了中孔磨削虽有一系列缺点,但共纠正中孔弯曲误差的能力较强,同时并提出了电研磨及电磨的新工艺来进行中孔的光整加工,由于电研磨减少了磨料堆集的现象,因而就此较容易的实现了研磨过程的机械化,文中最后重述了用中炭钢镀铭制造偶件的新工艺,指出其主要优点为能够提高偶件使用寿命三倍以上,分析了几个有争论的问题,并建议有关方面进行进一步的实验。
