2008年11月27日,在第十二届京港洽谈会上,北京市基础设施投资有限公司(下称“京投公司”)与香港地铁有限公司和北京首都创业集团有限公司,正式签署了《轨道交通大兴线委托运营项目意向协议书》(下称“《意向协议》”),拟由已成立的北京京港地铁有限公司负责轨道交通大兴线的运营管理及设备设施的维护维修。

(hereinafter “Jingtou”) and the Hong Kong MTR Corporation Limited and Beijing Capital Venture Group Co., Ltd. Signed the Agreement of Intent to Entrust Operation of Rail Transit Daxing Line (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement of Intent”), which is intended to be responsible for the operation management and equipment and facilities of the rail transit Daxing Line by the established Beijing Jinggang MTR Corporation Limited Maintenance and repair.
