结合南京德基广场二期工程逆作法施工特点与大体积混凝土施工安排,分析了该工程大体积混凝土浇筑的特点、难点;并通过配合比优化试验,确定了掺聚羧酸减水剂、使用低碱低热水泥、聚丙稀纤维等混凝土自身所采取的防裂防渗措施。基于此,详细介绍了该工程大体积混凝土的施工方法,例如跳仓法施工、斜面分层浇筑、蓄水养护与温控措施等。此外,后浇带与施工缝的有效措施处理也确保了基础底板防裂防渗。
Combined with the reverse construction method of Nanjing Teji Plaza Phase II Project and the construction schedule of mass concrete, the characteristics and difficulties of mass concrete pouring in this project are analyzed. Through the optimization test, the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is determined, Low alkali low heat cement, polypropylene fiber and other concrete anti-cracking and anti-seepage measures taken by itself. Based on this, the construction methods of mass concrete in this project are introduced in detail, for example, hopper method, inclined layered pouring, water conservation and temperature control measures. In addition, the effective measures to deal with the post-pouring zone and construction joints also ensure that the base floor crack-proof seepage.
