目的探讨肝癌组织中β-连环素(β-catenin)和上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法用免疫组化技术检测49例原发性肝癌(HCC,A组)、7例肝硬化(B组)和5例正常肝组织(C组)β-连环素和E-cad的表达,并结合HCC的临床病理学特征进行分析。结果 C组无β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达;B组有1例出现异常表达;A组的β-连环素和E-cad异常表达率分别为67.35%(33/49)和59.18%(29/49)。中低分化癌组织中β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达分别高于高分化癌(P<0.01);HCC组织中β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论在HCC组织中,β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达促进了肿瘤的浸润和发展;联合检测β-连环素和E-cad的表达在预测HCC转移潜能、评价预后、指导临床处理等方面可能具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expressions of β-catenin and E-cadherin in 49 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, A group), 7 cases of cirrhosis (B group) and 5 cases of normal liver tissue (C group) were detected by immunohistochemistry Combined with HCC clinical and pathological features were analyzed. Results There was no abnormal expression of β-catenin and E-cad in group C; 1 in group B was abnormal; the abnormal expression rates of β-catenin and E-cad in group A were 67.35% (33/49) and 59.18 % (29/49). The abnormal expression of β-catenin and E-cad was higher in well-differentiated cancers than in well-differentiated cancers (P <0.01). The abnormal expression of β-catenin and E-cad was positively correlated with HCC (P <0.01) . Conclusions Abnormal expression of β-catenin and E-cad in HCC promotes tumor invasion and development. Combined detection of β-catenin and E-cad expression in predicting the metastatic potential of HCC, evaluating the prognosis and guiding the clinical treatment Aspects may be of great importance.
