1978年8月19日到31日,中国农科院在河北省邯郸召开了全国土壤肥料科研工作会议。出席会议的代表,有农林部、中国农科院、中国科学院南京土壤所和全国二十八个省、市、自治区的农科院(所)以及部分农业院校、有关新闻、情报、出版单位的负责同志和专家、教授、老中青科技人员共二百一十多人。这是我国土壤肥料科研战线上的一次空前盛会。会议期间,农林部杨立功部长到会接见了全体代表,并做了重要讲话。
August 19, 1978 to 31, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Handan, Hebei Province held a national soil and fertilizer scientific research work conference. Representatives attended the meeting, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Institute of soil and the 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Institute) and some agricultural colleges, news, intelligence, publishing units Responsible comrades and experts, professors, science and technology personnel of all ages more than 201 people. This is an unprecedented event on the soil and fertilizer research front in China. During the meeting, Minister Yang Ligong met with all the representatives and made important speeches.
