目的了解农业院校大学生的心理健康状况,为探索心理健康教育新途径提供参考。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、个人评价问卷(PEI)为测量工具对340名农业院校大学生的心理健康状况进行测试。结果农业院校大学生的心理健康水平略优于全国大学生群体,但低于全国一般水平;心理健康水平存在显著的年级和专业差异;主观幸福感存在显著的性别和专业差异;自信心存在显著的性别差异。结论要特别关注女大学生、大二学生、农科和非农科学生的心理动态,增强其幸福感与自信心,以提高他们的整体心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the mental health of college students in agricultural colleges and to provide reference for exploring new ways of mental health education. Methods The mental health status of 340 agricultural college students was tested with SCL-90, GWB and PEI as measuring tools. Results The mental health level of college students in agricultural universities was slightly better than that of the national college students, but lower than the national average level. There were significant grade and professional differences in mental health level. There were significant gender and professional differences in subjective well-being. There was significant self-confidence Gender differences. Conclusions Special attention should be paid to the psychological dynamics of female students, sophomores, agricultural students and non-agricultural students to enhance their happiness and self-confidence so as to enhance their overall mental health.
