以Al-3%Cu合金为研究对象,在分析经典尖锐界面模型的基础上,建立了枝晶组织的CA模型,利用计算机仿真技术模拟分析了Al-3%Cu合金凝固组织演变过程。结果表明,合金材料凝固过程中枝晶组织形貌是影响材料性能的主要因素。
Taking Al-3% Cu alloy as the research object, the CA model of dendritic structure was established based on the analysis of classic sharp interface model. The evolution of solidification microstructure of Al-3% Cu alloy was simulated by computer simulation. The results show that the dendritic structure of the alloy during solidification is the main factor affecting the material properties.
