本文所反映的渡口安全问题值得引起交通主管部门和当地政府的高度重视。1993年10月射阳县海河镇渡口沉船造成21人死亡的重大恶性事故,人们至今还记忆犹新,这个血的教训切切不可忘记。希望有渡口的乡镇人民政府切实按照《江苏省渡口管理办法》的要求,落实各项渡口安全责任制防患于未然。
The safety of ferry crossing reflected in this paper deserves the great attention paid by traffic authorities and local governments. In October 1993, the wreckage at the ferry crossing of Haihe Town, Sheyang County, caused 21 serious fatal accidents. People still remember it vividly. The lesson of this blood must not be forgotten. The township people’s government wishing to have a ferry crossing effectively fulfill the requirements of the “Administrative Measures on Ferry Crossing in Jiangsu Province” and implement the safety responsibility system at all ferries.
