新闻采编作为媒体工作的核心要员,在日新月异、更新迭代的行业中一直保持着非常旺盛的生命力,这和新闻采编自身的职业素养有很大关系。所以,新闻采编编辑意识的加强,是其职业能力的表现,也对新闻媒体的导向有着非常重要的作用。这几年,人们获取最新讯息的渠道不断扩展,对新闻的需要也在发生转变。为了更好地适应现代的新媒体,新闻采编人员应具备的意识也应增强和变化。所以,本文结合现如今的新媒体环境大背景和自身工作经验,对现代新闻采编人员应具备的意识进行微探。
