目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者康复中的疗效。方法随机选取136例慢性心力衰竭患者,分为两组各68人,分别给予6个月常规护理和综合护理,观察比较两组治疗前后心理状态,心功能变化及治疗依从性的情况。结果经过六个月的护理干预,综合护理组患者在心理状态、心功能改善及治疗依从性方面均较常规护理组有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能显著提高患者的心理状态,心功能及治疗的依从性,适合用于慢性心力衰竭患者的护理。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 136 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups of 68. The patients were given routine care and comprehensive nursing for 6 months respectively. The changes of psychological status, cardiac function and compliance were observed before and after treatment. Results After six months of nursing intervention, the patients in the comprehensive care group had significantly improved mental status, cardiac function and treatment compliance compared with the conventional nursing group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient’s psychological status, cardiac function and treatment compliance, suitable for patients with chronic heart failure care.
