目的 :检测食管拉网细胞中端粒酶活性 ,探讨其在食管癌诊断及预测预后的临床应用价值。方法 :应用端粒重复序列扩增法 ,对 30例食管拉网细胞标本及相应的癌组织和癌旁正常食管组织进行检测。结果 :30例食管拉网标本中端粒酶活性阳性率为 83.3% ( 2 5/ 30 ) ,相应癌组织中阳性率为 96 7%( 2 9/ 30 ) ,14例正常食管组织中阳性率为 14.3% ( 2 / 14)。拉网细胞和癌组织中端粒酶阳性率与正常组织相比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 5) ;食管拉网细胞端粒酶活性阳性率高于拉网细胞学癌细胞检出率( 73.3% ) ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;端粒酶活性与食管癌临床病理因素无关。结论 :食管拉网细胞端粒酶活性检测结合细胞学检查将有助于食管癌的早期诊断
Objective: To detect the telomerase activity in esophageal reticulum cells and to explore its clinical application value in the diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal cancer. METHODS: Thirty cases of esophageal pull-net cells and their corresponding cancer tissues and adjacent normal esophageal tissue were detected by telomere repeat sequence amplification. Results: The positive rate of telomerase activity was 83.3% (25/30) in 30 cases of esophageal pull-net specimens, and the positive rate was 96 7% (29/30) in the corresponding carcinoma tissues. The positive rate in 14 cases of normal esophageal tissues was observed. This is 14.3% (2/14). The positive rates of telomerase in the reticulum cells and cancer tissues were significantly different from those in normal tissues (P < 0.05). The positive rate of telomerase activity in esophageal reticulocyte cells was higher than that in cytoplasma of cytoplasmic cells. The rate was (73.3%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The telomerase activity was not related to the clinicopathological factors of esophageal cancer. Conclusion : Detection of telomerase activity in esophageal reticulum cells combined with cytological examination will contribute to early diagnosis of esophageal cancer
