介绍了电磁除铁系统在选矿生产工艺碎矿流程中的作用,并介绍了电磁除铁系统的组成、检测线圈的制作、除铁器和金属探测器的工作原理、电气回路及工作时序等,实践证明电磁除铁系统的投用大大促进了皮带运输机及破碎机的安全运行。
This paper introduces the function of the electromagnetic iron removing system in the ore separation process and introduces the composition of the electromagnetic iron removing system, the making of the testing coil, the working principle of the iron removing and metal detector, the electrical circuit and working sequence, etc. Proved that the use of electromagnetic iron removal system greatly promoted the safe operation of belt conveyor and crusher.
