协同创新强调学校与企业合作双方充分利用各种形式构建资源共享平台,实现人才、资源、信息、技术等“四个”创新要素的融合。将该理念运用到高职工程机械专业人才培养中,构建协同创新视角下校企合作高职工程机械专业人才培养模式。
Collaborative innovation emphasizes that both schools and enterprises should make full use of various forms to build a resource sharing platform and realize the fusion of “four” innovative elements of talents, resources, information and technology. Applying this concept to the training of engineering mechanics talents in higher vocational colleges, constructing the training mode of engineering mechanics professionals in higher vocational colleges and universities with the cooperation and innovation.
