随着互联网普及和办公自动化的快速应用,档案数字化已提上日程。国家安全监管总局办公厅2014年下发了《关于加强安全监管监察档案工作的意见》(安监总厅〔2014〕56号),指导各单位稳步推进传统载体档案数字化工作,实现档案信息在线管理及数据异地备份。2015年,山西煤矿安全监察局(以下简称山西煤监局)档案馆开始着手对部分馆藏档案进行数字化处理。
