目的观察辛伐他汀胶囊联合疏血通注射液治疗心力衰竭的疗效。方法 84例患者随机分成对照组40例,治疗组44例。对照组使用常规强心、利尿、扩血管及转换酶抑制剂治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予口服辛伐他汀胶囊20mg,1次/d,联合静脉滴注5%葡萄糖注射液250ml+疏血通注射液6ml/次,1次/d,治疗14d后判断疗效。结果对照组显效16例,有效18例,无效6例,总有效率85%;治疗组44例,显效18例,有效24例,无效2例,总有效率95.45%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀胶囊联合疏血通注射液对治疗慢性心力衰竭有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of simvastatin capsule combined with Shuxuetong injection on heart failure. Methods Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and treatment group (n = 44). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional cardioplegia, diuresis, vasodilator and conversion enzyme inhibitors. The treatment group was given oral simvastatin capsule 20mg once daily on the basis of conventional treatment, combined with intravenous infusion of 5% dextrose 250ml + Injection 6ml / time, 1 / d, 14d after treatment to determine the efficacy. Results In the control group, 16 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 85%. In the treatment group, 44 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 24 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.45% In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Simvastatin capsule and Shuxuetong injection have a good effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure.
