钻杆折断、甩脱后引起的穿插、夹挤,是目前生产中比较常见的一种双重孔内事故。实践表明,要预防穿插、夹挤,必须从解决钻杆折断、甩脱着手,因为穿插、夹挤事故是由于钻杆先折断或甩脱后发生的,分析引起折断、甩脱事故的原因有:1.钻杆本身质量较差,或没有经过适当的热处理,性脆;2.炖粗部分长度和厚度不合要求,强度不够;3.丝扣部分粗糙,精度低,不相吻合或过度磨损;4.地层及钻进工艺方面的原因,如超径、缩径、坍塌、转速过高以及操作不当等。为了消除这类事故,应从根本上克服其发生事故的原因。本文在理论与实际的结合上尚嫌不足,但毕竟还是提出并说明了一定的问题。望广大钻探工作者,总结这方面的经验,以供交流。

Practice has shown that in order to prevent interpenetration and pinching, it is necessary to solve the problem of drilling rod breakage and rejection, because the accidents of interpenetration and pinching are caused by the drill rod being broken or thrown off first, and the causes of broken and swung-off accidents are analyzed. :1. Drill rod itself is of poor quality, or has not been properly heat-treated and is brittle; 2. The length and thickness of the thick portion of the stew are unsatisfactory and the strength is not sufficient; 3. The screw part is rough, low precision, not consistent or excessive wear; 4. Formation and drilling process reasons, such as over-path, shrinkage, collapse, excessive speed, and improper operation. In order to eliminate such accidents, the cause of the accident should be fundamentally overcome. This article is still insufficient in the combination of theory and practice, but after all, it still raises and explains certain problems. Look at the majority of drilling workers and summarize the experience in this area for communication.
