语言是文学的载体,文学是语言的体现,两者之间相辅相成,互相进步,不同国度的文学作品都能反映在特定时期内部的社会现象。社会的不断进步,推动了教学的改革的发展,对于英语教学的要求也越来越高,英美文学在大学英语教学中的应用,能够有效地提高学生英语口语能力,不仅能够获得英语知识,还能提高自身的文化修养。文章主要针对英美文学经典在大学英语教学中的价值进行探讨,针对其中存在的问题进行研究,并且依据实际情况提出了一些意见,希望能够提高大学英语教学。
Language is the carrier of literature. Literature is the embodiment of language. The two are mutually reinforcing and progress each other. The literary works of different countries can all be reflected in the social phenomena in a specific period. The continuous improvement of society has promoted the development of teaching reform, and the requirements for English teaching are also getting higher and higher. The application of British and American literature in college English teaching can effectively improve students’ oral English ability, not only acquiring English knowledge, Can improve their own cultural accomplishment. The article mainly discusses the value of Anglo-American literary classics in college English teaching, studies the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions based on the actual situation, hoping to improve college English teaching.
