The theoretical and practical work departments in China have carried out extensive investigations and studies on invigorating large and medium-sized enterprises, and have accordingly proposed various countermeasures. This article assumes that under the existing policy of invigorating large and medium-sized enterprises, it focuses on the analysis of the operating mechanism of large and medium-sized enterprises. It proposes measures to increase the vitality of large and medium-sized enterprises.
