我院自1990—2008年共手术治疗直肠癌根治术后局部复发41例,现就诊治情况报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:本组41例,男性27例,女性14例。年龄43~78岁,平均53岁。第一次手术行Miles术12例,行Dixon术29例。术后病检示高分化腺癌11例,中分化腺癌8例,低分化腺癌13例,黏液腺癌9例
In our hospital from 1990-2008, a total of 41 cases of local recurrence after radical resection of rectal cancer surgery, the status of diagnosis and treatment are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: The group of 41 cases, 27 males and 14 females. Age 43 to 78 years old, average 53 years old. In the first operation, 12 patients underwent Miles operation and 29 patients underwent Dixon operation. Postoperative disease showed high differentiated adenocarcinoma in 11 cases, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma in 8 cases, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma in 13 cases, mucinous adenocarcinoma in 9 cases
