采用三种不同的湍流模型对双阀板结构的自力式气体恒流量阀进行了数值模拟,同时搭建了专门的高精度实验台,对不同湍流模型的预测精度进行了比较。数值与实验结果的比较显示,标准的κ-ε模型的预测精度不高,而RNGκ-ε和κ-ω模型的结果更接近实验值。
Three different turbulence models are used to simulate the self-operated gas constant flow valve with double-disc structure. At the same time, a special high-precision experimental bench is set up and the prediction accuracy of different turbulence models is compared. The comparison between numerical and experimental results shows that the prediction accuracy of the standard κ-ε model is not high, while the results of RNG κ-κ and κ-ω model are closer to the experimental values.
