目的:为水泥行业职业病危害风险分类管理提供借鉴经验。方法:职业卫生现场调查、工作场所中职业危害因素时空分布检测结果:工作场所职业危害因素暴露水平符合职业接触限值;所采取的防尘措施基本解决厂区粉尘危害;减振减噪措施基本达到有效降低设备噪声强度效果;职业卫生管理档案符合职业卫生要求。结论:用人单位职业卫生管理模式日臻完善,能够从源头控制和消除职业危害,保护劳动者的身心健康。
Objective: To provide experience for classification management of occupational hazards in cement industry. Methods: occupational health field survey, occupational hazards in the workplace spatiotemporal distribution test results: Occupational exposure to workplace occupational exposure levels in line with occupational exposure limits; The dust control measures taken to solve the basic plant dust hazards; Vibration and noise reduction measures basically reached Effectively reduce the equipment noise intensity effect; Occupational Health Management file in line with occupational health requirements. Conclusion: The occupational health management mode of employers is improving day by day, which can control and eliminate occupational hazards from the source and protect the physical and mental health of laborers.
