This is the goal of China Post’s victory in achieving the “three-year turnaround” and is entering a virtuous circle. The first postal festival usher in an important moment of progress toward modernization. Here, on behalf of the State Post Bureau, I extend my post to the vast number of postal cadres throughout the country
