高精度机床几何精度要求愈来愈高:主轴组的迴转特度1~2μ;导轨不直度1~2μ;平行度、垂直度2~3μ/300mm;坐标定位精度2~3μ。这些精度由基础件精度、配合件精度、零部件变形和环境温度影响等因素组成。按传统的误差分配方式,基础件制造误差约占总误差的1/2~1/3,制造工艺难以达到。
Geometrical precision of the high-precision machine tool is getting higher and higher. The revolving degree of the spindle group is 1 ~ 2μ. The track is not straight 1 ~ 2μ. The parallelism degree is 2 ~ 3μ / 300mm. The coordinate positioning accuracy is 2 ~ 3μ. These accuracies consist of factors such as the accuracy of the basic parts, the precision of the parts, the deformation of the parts and the influence of the ambient temperature. According to the traditional method of error distribution, the manufacturing error of the basic parts accounts for about 1/2 ~ 1/3 of the total error, making the manufacturing process difficult to achieve.
