在“全国艺教会议”上刘忠德部长的主题发言及李岚清接见艺教会代表时的讲话,总的精神是要求艺术教育要坚持社会主义办学方向,改善和加强学院的德育教育;全面加强素质教育。一年来我们都在为此而努力工作。岚清同志在接见艺教会代表时特别说到:“作为专业艺术工作者,不仅具有某一学科的专业知识和技能,同时还必须有宽泛的知识面,成为一专多能的复合型人才。”这些精神成为我们教学改革的指导原则。
