笔者收集到一张民国时期的“三原县银行本票国币拾圆整”纸币(见图),经查找文献资料,基本上了解它的发行背景,现特撰小文介绍如下:民国29年(1940年)1月20日,国民政府颁布《省银行法》;同年2月,由财政部通知各省政府,督促各界创造条件从速筹设银行,以增加各县财政收入。至民国30年,各界先后制定政策与推行计划,同时,陕西省政府令财政部门与陕西省银行开办银行业务人员训练
