目的 了解湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州地区玄参两个主要栽培品种的差异。方法 采用对不同栽培品种的玄参子芽按颜色、数量、重量、大小进行分级 ,对出苗率及产量等比较。结果 两个品种同一级别的子芽出苗率无明显差异 ,一、二级子芽的出苗率 ,米玄参比毛玄参高 5 % ,三级子芽出苗率相同 ,各级子芽白色的均优于紫色的 ;产量上米玄参高于毛玄参。结论 米玄参产量、商品率比毛玄参高。以白色子芽做繁殖材料优于紫色的
Objective To understand the difference of two main cultivars of Scrophulariae arborea in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province. Methods Using different cultivated varieties of Scrophulariaceae bud according to color, quantity, weight, size grading, the emergence rate and yield comparison.
