改制、转制,是当前我国深化出版领域改革的一项重要战略决策。它涉及观念的变革、理论的更新、利益的调整、出版资源的重组等重要的理论和实践问题。在这个过程中,总编辑作为编辑工作的决策人、出版社的主要负责人,占据着举足轻重的地位。在改制、转制的新形势下,如何当好总编辑,需要多方面的能力,我认为主要应增强六大方面的能力。
The restructuring and restructuring are the important strategic decisions that China currently deepens in the field of publishing reform. It involves such important theoretical and practical issues as the transformation of concepts, the updating of theories, the adjustment of interests and the reorganization of publishing resources. In this process, the editor-in-chief plays a decisive role as the chief editor of editorial work and the chief executive of a publishing house. Under the new situation of restructuring and restructuring, how to be a chief editor requires a great deal of capabilities. In my opinion, we should mainly enhance the capabilities of the six major areas.
