本文对武钢新近建成的2000t液压平衡单偏心浮动轴式剪切机的动态特性进行理论研究。将该机械系统简化为12个自由度和7个自由度力学模型,分別建立其运动微分方程组和彈性力矩(包括弹性力)微分方程组,应用作者编制的计算机程序,计算出系统的固有频率和位移振型以及弹性力矩振型。由计算和分析可知,该剪切机的动力特性良好。本文为进一步提高其生产率提供了动力学方面的依据,并提供了对该类设备作动力学研究的方法。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of 2000t hydraulic balance single eccentric floating shaft shears newly built in WISCO were studied theoretically. The mechanical system is simplified into 12 degrees of freedom and 7 degrees of freedom mechanical model, respectively, to set up their differential equations of motion and elastic moments (including elastic force) differential equations, using the author of the computer program to calculate the system natural frequency And displacement vibration mode and elastic torque mode. It can be seen from the calculation and analysis that the dynamic characteristics of the shearing machine are good. This article provides a kinetic basis for further improving its productivity and provides a method for the kinetic study of such equipment.
