[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散加味联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,1片/次,2次/d,早晨、中午各1次。治疗组60例柴胡疏肝散加味,柴胡、白芍、枳壳、甘草、香附各15g,建曲、鸡内金、陈皮、广木香各12g,谷芽、麦芽各9g,黄连6g。水煎300m L,1剂/d,早晚温服;氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗同对照组。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访半年,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组显效42例,有效1例,无效7例,总有效率88.33%。对照组显效25例,有效17例,无效18例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散加味联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with flupentixol and melitracen on functional dyspepsia. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 120 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. Control group, 60 cases of flupentixol MTV, 1 / time, 2 times / d, morning and noon each time. The treatment group, 60 cases of Chaihu Shugan San flavored, Bupleurum, white peony root, Citrus aurantium, licorice root, Cyperus rotundus 15g, built song, Chickweed, dried tangerine peel, 6g. Decoction 300m L, 1 / d, morning and evening warm clothes; flupentixol MTV treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 week for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. Follow-up for six months, observe the recurrence rate. [Result] In the treatment group, 42 cases were markedly effective, 1 effective and 7 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 88.33%. The control group markedly effective in 25 cases, effective in 17 cases, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Chaihu Shugan San flavored combined with flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which is worth popularizing.
