哈尔滨制药总厂112车间是个新车间:成立时间刚刚两年:112车间又是一个离市场最近的车间,他们生产的粉针剂是工厂的最终产品,市场外信息反馈,他们首当其冲;112车间也是一个管理难度较大的车间,品种多达14个,剂型多达19个,生产节奏快,平均2天就换一个品种,人员结构相对复杂,临时工比例高达50%以上。就是这样一个离市场最近,管理难度相对较大的车间,却月月全面超额完成工厂生产计划,产品质量指标月月名列前茅。谈到“管理”这个永恒的主题,车间主任李兆民说——
