山东省高等院校科技开发服务中心与山东省石材工业协会密切合作,成功地研制出饰面石材爆炸劈裂开采法,并应用于实际中。 该开采技术基于光面、预裂爆破的相关理论及其关系,采用新研制的爆裂管,并且应用时与预爆岩石达到最佳匹配;装药结构也有所改进,通过该新型装药结构,可使爆裂管达到充分反应,作用于孔壁的力经过合理的缓冲之后,使孔壁不受破坏;对爆裂参数进行了合理的选取,包括孔距、装药密度、边孔距侧向自由距离及起爆时差等参数的选取;确定了合理的钻孔方式
Shandong University's Science and Technology Development Service Center and the Stone Industry Association of Shandong Province have worked closely together to successfully develop a method for mining and exploding stone blasting and cracking, which has been used in practice. The mining technology is based on the relevant theories and relationships of smooth surface and pre-splitting blasting.
