在新课程改革的持续推进中,小学教育教学管理受到了越来越多的重视。小学生正处在身心发展的起步阶段,在这一过程中,学生的年龄较小,缺乏自制能力和判断能力,各方面的能力水平都有待提高,需要教师对其进行耐心细致的指导,创造出良好的教学环境,优化教育教学管理的效果。为此,本文当前小学教育教学管理中存在的问题出发,分析了相应的完善和改进建议,希望能够为促进小学生综合发展提供一些参考。
In the continuous promotion of new curriculum reform, primary and secondary education and teaching management have received more and more attention. The pupils are in the initial stage of physical and mental development. In this process, the students are younger and lack the ability to make and self-control. The ability level of students in all fields needs to be improved. Teachers need to be patient and meticulous in their instruction to create Good teaching environment, optimizing the effect of education and teaching management. Therefore, in this paper, the current problems in the teaching management of primary education are analyzed, the corresponding suggestions for improvement and improvement are analyzed, hoping to provide some references for promoting the comprehensive development of primary school students.
