2013年7月11日,田某,女,20岁,因在湖中溺死而进行尸体解剖。解剖过程中发现其肺脏为8叶肺变异,且左肺存在3支肺叶支气管。肺分叶异常多见单侧,双侧异常的报道不多,现报道如下。胸膜无粘连,双肺为8叶变异、淤血、水肿,触摸有揉面感,指压凹陷,表面湿润,光泽感强(图1)。后经甲醛溶液常规固定。左肺大小:20.0 cm×12.5 cm×7.5 cm,分4叶:斜裂长14 cm,深4.8 cm。左上肺分成
On July 11, 2013, Tian Mou, a 20-year-old female, was autopsied for drowning in a lake. Anatomy of the lung was found to be 8 leaf lung variant, and the left lung there are 3 lobular bronchus.
