目的观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者外周血白细胞介素-22(IL-22)及白细胞介素-22 mRNA(IL-22mRNA)水平在AMI后心室重塑过程中的动态变化,初步探讨IL-22在心室重塑中的作用。方法选取2015-01~2015-12在该院住院诊断为急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死并经冠脉造影证实的患者60例作为研究组,经冠脉造影排除冠心病的住院患者30例作为对照组。通过超声心动图检查比较不同时期左心室功能;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定患者冠状动脉造影术后2 h、2周、4周血浆中IL-22的水平;实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)中IL-22mRNA表达水平。结果与同时点对照组相比,研究组左心室功能出现不同程度下降及心室重塑;血清IL-22水平及IL-22mRNA表达水平随时间变化呈现上升趋势,且均高于同时点对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论IL-22在AMI患者外周血中呈现动态变化,可能参与AMI后的心室重塑过程。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of peripheral blood interleukin-22 (IL-22) and interleukin-22 mRNA (IL-22 mRNA) levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) 22 role in ventricular remodeling. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 60 patients diagnosed as acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and confirmed by coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the study group and 30 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease excluded from coronary angiography Control group. The left ventricular function was measured by echocardiography at different time points. The levels of IL-22 in plasma at 2, 2 and 4 weeks after coronary angiography were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction The level of IL-22 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (RT-PCR). Results Compared with the control group at the same time, the left ventricular function decreased and the ventricular remodeling was found in the study group. The levels of IL-22 and IL-22 mRNA in the study group showed an increasing trend over time, The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion IL-22 in peripheral blood of patients with AMI showed dynamic changes, may be involved in ventricular remodeling after AMI.
