本文对低频脉冲波的技术性能、作用机理、对岩层岩心的裂缝效应、改善孔隙结构效应以及对流体的作用等方面进行了理论探讨和室内及现场试验。阐述了低频脉冲强化采油机理主要在于能使近井地带形成微裂缝网,疏通储层孔隙,改善孔隙中流体分布状态,降低原油粘度等。通过现场试验,证实了低频脉冲波强化采油技术可用于油水井除垢、降粘、解堵、增产增注等方面,而且该技术投资少、见效快、工艺简单,具有广阔的推广应用前景。被总公司新技术推广中心评为1994年油井增产优秀项目。
In this paper, the technical performance, mechanism of action of low frequency pulse wave, the fracture effect of rock core, the effect of pore structure improvement and the effect of fluid on the fluid are discussed theoretically and experimentally. The mechanism of low-frequency pulse enhanced oil recovery is mainly described that micro-fracture network can be formed in near-well zone to clear reservoir pores, improve fluid distribution in pores and reduce viscosity of crude oil. Through the field test, it is confirmed that the low frequency pulse enhanced oil recovery technology can be used for scaling, viscosity reduction, plugging, stimulation and stimulation of oil and water wells.
