云南省永胜县地处滇西北丽江市中部,全县辖5镇10乡,总人口396,880人,全县林业用地560.5万亩,占全县国土面积的75.5%,森林覆盖率53.2%。近年来,林业在全县经济社会发展中的作用日益突出,念好“山”字经,做好“林”文章,已成为全县广大干部群众的共识,经过坚持不懈的努力,全县林业得到持续快速发展,森林资源总量稳步增长,林业已成为带动山区农民增收致富的基础产业之一。
