省委十届三次全会提出的“创新驱动”发展战略,被确定为全省转型发展、跨越提升的新动力。在我省从“资源要素驱动”向“创新驱动”的过渡阶段,我省如何提高企业科技创新水平?未来该走怎样的创新之路?带着这些问题,记者采访了省社科院副院长、研究员盛毅。
