女性扮演着家庭和社会双重角色,女性的成长离不开良好的家庭保障,因女性就业是获得经济基础的方式。从家庭保障与女性就业之间的互动关系进行研究,探讨家庭保障在女性就业中起到的积极作用。针对当前社会女性就业存在的困境,文章提出构建先进性别文化、承认家务劳动的经济价值、纳性别意识进入公共政策决策主流、建设共享家政平台,以此促使家庭保障与女性就业二者良性互动,实现双赢,保障好女性的生存和发展。
Women play a dual role in the family and in society. Women's growth can not be separated from good family security because women's employment is the way to obtain economic foundation. From the interaction between family support and female employment research, to explore the role of family security in female employment has played an active role. In view of the current predicament of women's employment in society, the paper proposes to build an advanced gender culture, recognize the economic value of housework, incorporate gender awareness into the mainstream of public policy decision-making, build a shared domestic service platform and promote the positive interaction between family guarantee and female employment, Achieve a win-win situation, ensure the survival and development of women.
