目的探讨球头硅胶管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法慢性泪囊炎患者131例(138眼),在泪道和鼻腔黏膜表面麻醉下行球头硅胶管逆行植入术。术后1周每日冲洗泪道1次,以后每月冲洗泪道1次。术后半年拔除硅胶管。结果131例(138眼)术中均成功植入球头硅胶管,手术时间平均8.5min。术后第1天138眼泪道冲洗均通畅,126眼(91.30%)溢泪症状明显减轻。随访8～37个月。138眼中,溢泪症状消失、冲洗泪道通畅109眼(78.98%);溢泪症状明显减轻、冲洗泪道通畅12眼(8.69%);溢泪症状无改善、冲洗泪道不通17眼(12.32%)。结论球头硅胶管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎,操作简便,效果良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ball-head silicone tube implantation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 131 patients (138 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis underwent retroperitoneal implantation of silicone tube in the lacrimal duct and nasal mucosa under anesthesia. 1 week after surgery rinse lacrimal duct 1, after a month to wash lacrimal duct 1. Six months after removal of silicone tube. Results All 131 cases (138 eyes) were successfully implanted with silicone tube during operation, the average operation time was 8.5 minutes. On the first day after operation, lacrimal duct irrigation was smooth in 138 eyes, and the symptoms of overflowing tears in 126 eyes (91.30%) were significantly relieved. Followed up for 8 ~ 37 months. In 138 eyes, the symptom of overflowing tears disappeared, and 109 eyes (78.98%) rinsed clear of the lacrimal duct; the symptom of overflowing tears was relieved obviously; 12 eyes (8.69% %). Conclusion The silicone tube for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis, easy to operate, the effect is good.
