学生“顶岗实习”就是指学生到企业的具体工作岗位上工作。与传统意义上的实习不同,参加“顶岗实习”的学生在实习期间即有正式工作岗位。顶岗实习其目的在于通过实习让学生了解社会、了解企业、了解生产过程以及了解企业运作管理方式,将理论知识与实际生产相结合,培养、锻炼学生理论联系实际、分析问题、解决问题的能力,即达到职业教育的三个目的——培养职业能力,提高社会能力,培养协作能力,为学生将来就业、创业打下基础,作好铺垫。
