通过研究赵楼煤矿中央泵房的支护策略,总结出在厚冲积层、大断面、大淋水条件下深井软岩硐室稳定性控制的应对手段。主要的方法可归结为三步策略:在先期,恰当使用锚网喷的支护策略为后续工作奠定基础;其次,对岩性不佳或是应力集中的位置做出有效的评价,然后以二次锚注及补打锚索的策略对其进行针对性加固;最后,以浇注混凝土的手段完成最终的支护流程。从数值模拟的结果和现场的支护情况来看,该策略是行之有效的。
By studying the supporting strategy of the central pump house in Zhaolou Coal Mine, the countermeasures to control the stability of deep soft rock chamber under the condition of thick alluvium, large section and large waterlogging are summarized. The main method can be summarized as a three-step strategy: in the early stage, the proper use of bolt-and-bolt support strategy lays the foundation for follow-up work; secondly, effective evaluation is made on the location of poor lithology or stress concentration; Secondary anchors and tying anchors to reinforce them. Finally, the final supporting process is completed by pouring concrete. From the numerical simulation results and field support situation, the strategy is effective.
