现在的“烹饪协会”已遍及全国各地,成为厨师、烹饪理论研究者开展学术交流、切磋技艺、传授烹饪方法的烹饪者之家,深受烹饪界同行的爱戴。但长期以来,对于“烹饪协会”这一社会组织形成与发展的历史尚未见有关资料考证与探讨。最近笔者在搜集整理齐鲁烹饪文化有关资料中发现一点关于这方面的材料,并进行了初步调查,现介绍如下,以期引起烹饪界同行的关注和深入探讨。
Today’s “Cooking Association” has spread all over the country and has become a home to cooks and cook theory researchers who exchange academic knowledge, learn skills and teach cooking methods, and are deeply loved by their counterparts in the cooking industry. However, for a long time, there has been no research or discussion on the history of the formation and development of the social organization “Culinary Association”. Recently I collected a little information about cooking culture in Qilu found a little about this material, and conducted a preliminary survey, are presented below, with a view to cause the concern and in-depth discussion of the cooking industry counterparts.
