管路效率是指装置实际扬程与水泵扬程之比的百分数,它的大小直接影响到泵站总装置效率,反映了泵站管路配套的科学性。最近笔者对沂南县十处扬程15米以上电灌站进行装置效率调查时发现,管路效率达85%以上者占调查数的60%,远低于95%(参照江苏省水利厅编的《泵站技术规范讲义》)。提高管路效率,泵站装置效率就随之提高,从而降低排灌费用。在一定流量下,水头损失与管径、管长、管材及其管路形状等因素有关,管路效率的高低受上述因素的影响而变化。
