随着我国的经济发展,中小企业正在逐步增加,相对应工会的工作也会有明显增加。目前,我国正处于社会主义的初级阶段,同时也是社会主义市场经济的特殊转型时期,在这样的经济环境条件下,传统的产业格局势必会被打破,取而代之是国有企业的深化改革。因此,在改革的同时,国有企业工会的相关工作也会有着前所未有的困难。这些困难包括国有企业问题的复杂化,工作机制的调整,产业结构,劳务对象和劳务方式。工会组织都应该在新时代的经济大背景下主动探索和新时期企业相符合的工作特点,了解其工作模式。应该尽快的对相关机构进行调整,使机构得到完善。保持和维护现代型企业的健康发展和社会稳定。

The trade union organizations should take the initiative to explore the characteristics of the work that are consistent with the enterprises in the new era under the economic background of the new era and learn about their mode of operation.
