省水利学会秘书处根据1986年2月22日第三次常务理事会会议关于开展评选优秀学术论文活动的决定,进行了一系列工作。评选活动系由各分会和各专业委员会(含研究会)初审推荐,经过汇总后,于今年1月5日第四次常务理事会会议讨论评审,最后,评出1983年1月～1986年9月期间发表的获奖优秀论文共34篇,计有一等奖3篇,二等奖14篇,三等奖17篇。现予以公布,不另行文。
The provincial water conservancy society secretariat carried out a series of work according to the decision of carrying out activities of appraising outstanding academic papers at the 3rd executive council meeting on February 22, 1986. Selection activities by the various chapters and professional committees (including research) first instance recommended, after the summary, in the January 5 this year, the fourth executive council meeting to discuss the review, and finally, the assessment of January 1983 ~ 1986 9 During the month, a total of 34 outstanding papers were published, including 3 first prizes, 14 second prizes and 17 third prizes.
