用吡啶和位阻胺吸附、吡啶吸附红外光谱(IR)、氨程序升温脱附(TPD)和微反活性试验(MAT)对比考察了目前工业上使用的几种超稳Y沸石(USY、REY、SRNY、FSY)及作者改进的超稳Y沸石(IISY)的酸密度、酸强度变化情况及微反活性。结果表明,酸性及活性的变化情况与沸石制备方法有关。B酸强度随骨架硅铝比的升高而增强,其密度随温度升高急剧减少。B酸对活性有明显的影响。L酸中心强度随硅铝比升高变化很少。除ReY外,L酸密度随温度升高减少的程度远比B酸慢,在一定的温度范围内基本不变。
The effects of pyridine and hindered amine adsorption, pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy (IR), ammonia temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and micro-activity test (MAT) were compared. , SRNY, FSY) and the author’s modified ultra-stable Y zeolite (IISY) acid density, acid strength changes and micro-activity.
