美国心理学家洛克指出人的行为动机在很大程度上是受目标影响,目标的设置将会直接影响到人们工作的努力程度和持续时间,洛克以此为基础,针对如何利用目标激发人们的积极行为进行研究,提出多项策略,这就是目标设置理论。英语作为一门语言学科,更需要学生进行自主学习,在充足的自主学习中掌握技能,培养语感;同时高中生已经具备一定的自主学习能力,自我意识强烈,以教师主导的教学已经无法有效调动学生学习的积极性。笔者认为,目标设置理论可以有效解决
