针对现有的三种浮置式轨道结构根据三者各自在实际工程应用中的各种参数建立三维有限元模型。通过大型有限元软件ANSYS对三者在不同支承密度、不同阻尼搭配的条件下做落轴冲击的仿真分析,分别得到三种浮置式轨道结构的动态响应,而后再做以比较,提出在不同工况的条件下合理的选型、应用以及搭配方案,并为浮置式轨道的其他动力特性的分析提供了一个关键的动态理论参数。
According to the three existing floating track structures, three-dimensional finite element models are established according to the various parameters of the three in practical engineering. Through the finite element software ANSYS, the impact analysis of the three axes under different bearing densities and different damping collisions was done. The dynamic responses of the three kinds of floating track structures were obtained respectively, and then compared with each other, Reasonable conditions under the conditions of selection, application and collocation programs, and for the analysis of other dynamic characteristics of the floating orbit provides a key dynamic theoretical parameters.
