以“新余”蜜橘为试材,设2.0%壳聚糖(T1)以及2.0%壳聚糖+70mg/mL三颗针提取液(T2)涂膜处理,以清水为对照(CK),置于温度(5±1)℃,相对湿度(RH)80%~90%的条件下贮藏,测定“新余”蜜橘生理生化指标,观察其保鲜效果,研究壳聚糖及三颗针醇提液复合膜对“新余”蜜橘贮藏保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:与清水对照组相比,2.0%壳聚糖和2.0%壳聚糖+70mg/mL三颗针提取液涂膜均能有效地降低果实的腐烂率和失重率,减少营养成分的消耗,并能抑制果实丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)的积累,维持贮藏后期较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)等酶活性,从而增强果实的抗病性、减少病原菌的侵染,但2.0%壳聚糖+70mg/mL三颗针提取液复合涂膜(T2)对“新余”蜜橘的效果优于2.0%壳聚糖处理,能更好地维持“新余”蜜橘较好的品质,具有较优的贮藏保鲜效果。
